Placements24 is seeking a Senior Smart Contract Developer to join a fully remote engineering team. You will write, test, and deploy secure smart contracts for decentralized applications with a strong focus on security and gas efficiency.

The role requires 4+ years of software experience, 2+ years in smart contract development, and deep knowledge of Solidity, EVM, and DeFi protocols. You will collaborate across backend and frontend teams on cutting-edge blockchain projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 4+ years software development experience, 2+ years in smart contract development.
• Proficiency in Solidity and frameworks like Truffle/Hardhat.
• Strong understanding of EVM and blockchain security principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy secure smart contracts in Solidity.
• Implement security best practices to prevent vulnerabilities.
• Optimize contracts for gas efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with backend/frontend teams to integrate contracts into dApps.
