Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent.
• Current SACSSP registration as a social worker.
• Minimum 7 years post-qualifying experience focusing on family therapy.
• Expertise in complex family assessments and intervention planning.
• Proficient with telehealth platforms, EHRs, and virtual collaboration tools.
• Excellent remote communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical practice remotely.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments of families to identify needs and risks.
• Develop and monitor comprehensive, evidence-based treatment plans for families.
• Provide advanced individual, couples, and family counseling online via secure platforms.
• Offer crisis intervention and ongoing support to families.
• Coordinate with external agencies and healthcare providers for integrated care.
• Maintain confidential client records in compliance with laws and ethics.
• Mentor and guide junior social workers and case managers.
• Stay updated on research, best practices, and policy changes in remote family services.
