Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Remote Senior Project Manager to drive the development and optimization of cutting-edge e-commerce platforms. This fully remote role lets you lead agile teams from anywhere, managing the full lifecycle from conception to post-launch analysis to ensure seamless feature integration and strong user experiences.

The ideal candidate has a strategic mindset, deep e-commerce knowledge, UX focus, and proven ability to lead distributed teams worldwide to achieve

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in project management with emphasis on e-commerce and digital platforms.
Proven experience managing complex web development and online retail projects from start to finish.
Strong understanding of e-commerce technologies, UX principles, and digital marketing strategies.
Proficiency in Agile project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage remote teams effectively.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of e-commerce platform projects, including new feature development, website redesigns, and performance optimizations.
Manage multiple project teams, utilizing Agile methodologies to ensure efficient and iterative development cycles.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with product owners and key stakeholders.
Identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, implementing proactive solutions.
Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across distributed teams and international stakeholders.
Ensure the successful launch and ongoing performance of e-commerce initiatives, tracking key metrics and user feedback.
