Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or a closely related field.
• At least 6 years of post-PhD molecular biology experience.
• Experience with CRISPR-Cas9, qPCR, Western blotting, and recombinant DNA technology.
• Strong data interpretation and independent project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and independently conduct complex molecular biology experiments, including gene editing, cloning, and protein expression studies.
• Analyze and interpret experimental data, drawing robust conclusions and identifying next steps.
• Develop and optimize novel molecular biology assays and protocols to enhance research efficiency.
• Collaborate effectively with a remote team of scientists and managers via digital platforms.
• Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and potentially contribute to manuscript preparation.
• Maintain comprehensive records of experiments and results in compliance with company standards.
