Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biochemistry, or related life science field.
• At least 7 years post‑doctoral or industry research experience in molecular biology.
• Expertise in genetic manipulation techniques and molecular assays.
• Strong bioinformatics and computational data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and remote-work project management.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct advanced molecular biology experiments, including gene editing, cloning, and gene expression analysis.
• Develop and validate novel molecular assays and diagnostic tools.
• Analyze large-scale genomic and transcriptomic datasets using bioinformatics tools.
• Interpret experimental results and present findings to internal teams and at scientific conferences.
• Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the strategic direction of research programs.
