The ideal candidate has 8+ years in risk management within financial services, deep Basel III/IV and FICA knowledge, strong analytical and leadership skills, and proficiency with risk software and data

Qualifications

• 8+ years in risk management for financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of Basel III/IV, FICA and related regulations.
• Proven ability to develop and implement risk frameworks and policies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain risk management frameworks and policies across financial entities.
• Identify, assess, and quantify market, credit, operational, liquidity, and compliance risks.
• Design and execute risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
• Monitor and report risk to senior management and the board.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and conduct stress testing exercises.
• Lead risk training and oversee incident management with internal controls.
