Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably within financial services or insurance.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing ERM frameworks.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel III, Solvency II).
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in risk management software and tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fully remote setting.
• Professional certifications such as PRM, FRM, or CFA are highly advantageous.

Responsibilities
