Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing retail sales role, with at least 1 year in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, preferably in an online or remote sales environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills tailored for virtual interactions.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, e-commerce platforms, and virtual meeting tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a remote setting.
• A dedicated home office setup with reliable internet connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations and product demonstrations for prospective customers via video calls and online platforms.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide product information and solutions through various digital channels, including email, chat, and social media.
• Process customer orders accurately, manage inventory levels, and coordinate shipping and logistics for remote fulfillment.
• Develop and implement online sales strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Provide post-sales support, including handling returns, exchanges, and addressing customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
