Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Reservoir Engineer for a fully remote role supporting global oil and gas assets. You will lead reservoir characterization, develop simulation models, and evaluate development scenarios while guiding EOR strategies.

The position requires 8+ years in reservoir engineering, proficiency with ECLIPSE/CMG/INTERSECT, and strong data analysis. Collaboration with geoscientists and operations teams is essential for delivering economically viable plans.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in reservoir engineering in oil and gas.
• Proficient in reservoir simulation software (ECLIPSE/CMG/INTERSECT) and data analysis.

Mansioni

• Conduct detailed reservoir characterization studies using geological and geophysical data.
• Develop and maintain reservoir simulation models to predict performance and evaluate development scenarios.
• Perform material balance calculations and decline curve analysis for forecasts.
• Design and implement EOR strategies (thermal, chemical, gas).
• Analyze production data, identify anomalies, and optimize well performance.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, and economic evaluations for stakeholders.
