Placements24 invites applications for a Senior Quality Control Inspector in a remote-first role with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer. Based in Soweto, Gauteng, you will ensure products meet GMP, regulatory and safety standards from your home office.

Responsibilities include inspecting materials and products, documenting results, calibrating equipment, and supporting CAPA and audits. Requires a Bachelor’s in Chemistry/Pharmacy/Biology, 7+ years’ QA/QC in pharma, and experience with GMP/ISO

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or related field; master's preferred.
• 7+ years in quality control/assurance in pharma manufacturing.
• Experience with GMP, ISO, FDA/EMA regulations.
• Proficiency with analytical techniques (HPLC, GC, spectroscopy).
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and remote-work capability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a virtual, cross-functional setting.

• Inspect raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using analytical techniques.
• Document testing activities per GMP and regulatory guidelines.
• Interpret specifications to verify product conformance.
• Identify deviations and recommend CAPA actions.
