Placements24 is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead IT and business solutions from a fully remote capacity. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, manage scope, timelines and resources, and drive measurable business outcomes across distributed teams.

We seek a leader with 8+ years in PM, strong IT and software development understanding, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in IT and business solutions.
• Experience managing remote/distributed teams.
• Solid understanding of software development and system integrations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• PMP or equivalent certification highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT and business solutions projects.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient use of assets.
• Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among remote project team members and stakeholders.
• Implement and refine project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to optimize project performance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful project completion.
