The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in production process engineering, Lean/Six Sigma expertise, and strong data analytics skills, with a degree in mechanical/industrial/chemical engineering. Remote collaboration is essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in production process engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership of complex process improvement and automation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and modern manufacturing technologies.
• Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with process simulation, CAD, and data analysis tools.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Chemical Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing production processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead process improvement projects from concept to implementation with stakeholder buy-in.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, flowcharts, and technical specifications.
• Utilize data analytics and simulation tools to model and optimize process performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process integration and problem-solving.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to on-site production teams.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in manufacturing technologies and process engineering.
• Ensure all developed processes comply with relevant safety and environmental regulations.
• Contribute to strategic planning for manufacturing operations and technological roadmaps.
