Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Procurement Manager to lead our procurement function in a fully remote capacity, serving Centurion-origin operations. This leadership role focuses on developing and executing strategic sourcing plans, driving significant cost reductions, and managing major supplier relationships across geographies.

You will mentor a virtual team, drive risk management and compliance, and ensure procurement activities align with business goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive procurement and strategic sourcing experience, with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong track record in cost savings, contract negotiations, and supplier relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing and category management plans to achieve cost reductions.
• Lead and mentor a virtual procurement team to high performance.
• Manage key supplier relationships, including contract negotiation and risk management.
• Analyze market trends to identify risks and opportunities and develop contingency plans.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align procurement strategies with business goals.
