The role requires deep scale-up and GMP expertise with remote collaboration across engineering, QA, and manufacturing.

You will mentor junior chemists, drive cost reductions, ensure product quality, and develop batch records, SOPs, and validation protocols.

Formación

• Requires MSc or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in process chemistry with development and scale-up experience.
• Expertise in synthetic organic chemistry, reaction kinetics, and optimization techniques.
• Experience with analytical instrumentation (HPLC, GC, NMR) for process monitoring.
• Strong GMP and safety knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving and remote leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead development and optimization of chemical synthesis routes and manufacturing processes.
• Conduct lab-scale experiments, pilot trials, and full-scale production support to improve yields and reduce costs.
• Analyze data, troubleshoot process issues, and implement effective solutions.
• Develop batch records, SOPs, and validation protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, and manufacturing via remote channels.
• Ensure processes meet quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Mentor junior chemists and provide technical guidance on complex challenges.
