Placements24 is seeking a Remote Senior Nanny and Early Learning Coordinator for a discerning family in South Africa. You will oversee educational development and wellbeing of children, coordinating remote learning, schedules, and home tutors.

The role requires a strong background in early childhood education, exceptional organization, and excellent communication to supervise staff remotely and report progress to parents.

Formación

• Extensive experience as a Senior Nanny, Childcare Coordinator, or Early Childhood Educator.
• Proven curriculum development and implementation for children of various ages.
• Ability to manage and coordinate remote activities and resources.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement a comprehensive educational curriculum and daily schedule for children of various ages.
• Coordinate and oversee remote learning activities, ensuring engagement and academic progress.
• Manage and direct the work of any in-home childcare providers or tutors via remote communication.
• Source and manage educational resources, toys, and learning materials for the children.
• Plan and organize age-appropriate recreational and enrichment activities (e.g., virtual museum tours, online classes).
• Liaise with educational institutions or online tutors to track academic performance and address any concerns.
• Monitor children's health, safety, and emotional well-being, providing guidance and support.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication channels with the parents regarding all aspects of the children's development and daily operations.
• Manage household staff schedules related to childcare and education, ensuring smooth operation.
• Prepare regular progress reports on the children's development and learning achievements.
