Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a remote Machine Learning Engineer with a strong focus on MLOps to join our client in the AI and Emerging Technologies space. You will design, deploy, and maintain scalable ML pipelines, collaborating with data scientists and software engineers in a fully remote setup.

The role emphasizes CI/CD for ML, cloud infrastructure, containerization, and monitoring, with a competitive salary and home office allowance.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years in software or ML engineering.
• Proven MLOps pipeline experience.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and ML services.
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Strong software dev practices and Git version control.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable MLOps pipelines.
• Automate model training, deployment, testing, and monitoring.
• Implement CI/CD for ML workflows.
• Manage ML infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Develop tools/frameworks to support ML lifecycle.
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionize models.
• Monitor production models and plan retraining/upgrades.
• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of ML systems.
• Document MLOps processes and best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging MLOps tools and techniques.
