Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional ML engineering experience.
• Proficient in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Deep learning architectures, reinforcement learning, NLP knowledge.
• Experience with MLOps and deployment strategies.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration, especially in remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable ML models and algorithms.
