Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience with a focus on systems integration.
• Proven experience with complex electromechanical systems and mechatronics.
• Proficiency in CAD tools and familiarity with system modeling approaches.
• Strong understanding of PLM and configuration control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical integration strategy for complex systems and ensure performance across subsystems.
• Develop and refine ICDs for mechanical systems and components.
• Review mechanical designs to identify integration challenges and risks.
• Collaborate with remote teams (electrical, software, systems) to resolve issues.
• Oversee test plans and procedures for system integration validation.
• Provide guidance on manufacturability, assembly, and serviceability in a remote context.
