Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent from a reputable institution.
• 7+ years in management consulting or corporate strategy, with RCG focus.
• Proven leadership in strategy/ transformation projects in RCG.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting projects for retail and consumer goods clients, focusing on strategy and operations.
• Develop strategies to address market disruptions and evolving consumer behavior.
• Optimize supply chains, enhance customer engagement, and drive digital commerce.
• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking and performance diagnostics.
• Manage project teams and present findings to senior leadership.
• Mentor junior consultants and grow the RCG practice capabilities.
