Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent graduate degree from a reputable institution.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in management consulting or corporate strategy, with a specialization in Retail and Consumer Goods.
• Proven track record leading strategy or transformation projects in the RCG sector.
• Deep understanding of retail operations, consumer behavior, e-commerce trends, and supply chain dynamics.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Outstanding virtual communication, presentation, and client management skills.
