Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Logistics, SCM, Business Admin, or related field.
• 8+ years in logistics planning, supply chain or transportation management.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex logistics strategies.
• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SAP APO or Oracle TMS; data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive logistics and supply chain strategies.
• Analyze transport costs, service levels, and efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts with 3PLs and carriers.
• Optimize routes, modes, and network design to cut costs.
• Collaborate with procurement, ops, and sales for integration.

• Lead and mentor junior logistics team members.
