Placements24 is seeking a Senior Management Consultant to lead growth and innovation projects for global clients. This fully remote role lets you work with executives worldwide from Kimberley, Northern Cape, ZA, or any location, translating market insights into actionable strategies.

You will guide product and service innovation, conduct market analysis, and build financial models. The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in management consulting, strong leadership, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Strategy, or related field.
• 6-8 years of management consulting, corporate strategy, or innovation management experience.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing growth strategies for clients.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for corporate innovation, new business ventures, and market expansion.
• Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
• Advise clients on product development, service innovation, and business model transformation.
• Facilitate ideation workshops and innovation sprints with client teams.
• Develop business cases and financial models for new initiatives.
• Guide clients through launching new products and entering new markets.
• Foster a culture of innovation within client organizations.
• Manage project teams and ensure successful delivery of growth strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, disruptions, and innovation best practices.
