Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field; Bachelor's with extensive experience also considered.
• 8+ years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy roles.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
• Experience leading teams and managing complex client engagements.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Experience in digital strategy and innovation is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate corporate and business-unit growth strategies.
• Identify new market opportunities, including partnerships and M&A.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and scenario planning.
• Advise clients on customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
• Lead project teams through growth initiatives from concept to execution.
