The position focuses on developing and implementing strategic and operational improvements for diverse clients, advising on market entry, efficiency, and growth strategies.

This remote-first role collaborates with teams across Centurion and beyond using advanced digital tools.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in management consulting or strategic planning roles.
• Proven expertise in strategy development, market assessment, and operational restructuring.
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams and manage multiple concurrent engagements effectively.
• Experience in utilizing various analytical frameworks and strategic planning tools.
• Comfortable and adept at working within a fully remote, digitally connected environment.
• Flexibility to travel for key client meetings as required, although the role is primarily remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements focused on corporate strategy, market analysis, and operational excellence.
• Develop robust strategic plans, including business model innovation, growth strategies and competitive positioning.
• Analyze complex business challenges and deliver data-driven, actionable recommendations.
• Design and oversee the implementation of operational improvement initiatives.
• Manage client relationships at senior levels, building trust and fostering long-term partnerships.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, contributing to the development of the firm's talent pool.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive intelligence gathering.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and reports to client executive teams.
• Champion best practices in strategy formulation and operational execution within the consultancy.
