You will shape digital roadmaps, drive transformative change, and guide clients to leverage emerging technologies for competitive advantage.

The role requires strategic thinking and exceptional communication to inspire senior executives and collaborate across borders with global client teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Technology, Innovation Management or related field.
• 7+ years in management consulting, digital strategy or innovation roles.
• Proven leadership of complex digital transformation projects.
• Deep knowledge of AI, IoT, Cloud, Big Data and Blockchain.
• Strong understanding of digital business models, agile development, and CX design.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytics and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and virtual facilitation skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior client executives and work in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate digital strategies and innovation roadmaps for clients.
• Identify and evaluate emerging digital technologies and their business impact.
• Lead client engagements on digital transformation, CX and new digital business models.
• Facilitate innovation workshops and design thinking sessions with client teams.
• Advise on digital governance, agile methods, and change management for initiatives.
• Develop business cases and strategic recommendations for digital investments.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes for opportunities and threats.
• Build relationships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
• Mentor junior consultants on digital strategy projects.
• Contribute to the firm's thought leadership in digital transformation and innovation.
