Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in hygiene management, sanitation, public health, or a related strategic role.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing large-scale hygiene strategies.
• Expertise in public health principles, sanitation science, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Proficiency in remote collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing, project management software, cloud-based platforms).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
• A relevant advanced degree (e.g., Masters in Public Health, Environmental Health) is highly preferred.
• Experience in data analysis and performance metric development related to hygiene.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine comprehensive hygiene and sanitation strategies aligned with industry best practices and client needs.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of client operations to identify hygiene risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and propose innovative sanitation protocols, technologies, and best practices.
• Develop training programs and resources for client staff and internal teams on hygiene standards.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends, research, and regulatory changes in hygiene, public health, and sanitation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and client success, to integrate hygiene strategies.
• Prepare and present strategic plans, reports, and findings to senior management and clients.
• Advise on the selection and implementation of hygiene-related technologies and products.
• Act as a subject matter expert on hygiene and sanitation matters for the organization.
