Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Environmental Health, Public Health, Hygiene Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in facilities hygiene, sanitation management, or public health with leadership experience.
• Experience managing remote teams and leading initiatives from a distance.
• Expert knowledge of global and local hygiene standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic hygiene and sanitation programs across facilities.
• Establish and enforce organizational standards for cleanliness and hygiene.
• Conduct remote risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on hygiene best practices.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure full compliance across facilities.
• Collaborate with site management and operational teams to ensure program effectiveness.
• Analyze hygiene data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Research and recommend innovative cleaning technologies and sustainable practices.
• Manage relationships with suppliers for hygiene-related services and products.
• Prepare and present detailed reports to senior leadership on hygiene initiatives.
