Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a senior role within cleaning, sanitation, or facilities management.
• Proven ability to develop and execute hygiene protocols, risk assessments, and compliance strategies.
• Familiarity with SA health and safety legislation pertaining to cleaning and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor hygiene and sanitation plans for diverse client environments.
• Conduct virtual audits and assessments to ensure regulatory and company standard compliance.
• Train and mentor junior hygiene staff via online platforms.
• Research and recommend new cleaning technologies, products, and sustainable practices.
• Analyze hygiene data to identify trends, improvements, and risks.
• Prepare detailed reports on hygiene performance and recommendations for management.
• Collaborate with operations to integrate hygiene strategies into business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and best practices in sanitation.
• Manage remote inventory and supply chain for cleaning agents and equipment where applicable.
• Respond to hygiene-related queries from clients and internal teams.
