Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Philanthropy or related field.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 7 years of fundraising experience with 3+ years in management.
• Proven major gifts success and corporate partnerships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; grant writing proficiency.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Raiser's Edge) and databases.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Cultivate relationships with major donors, corporate partners, foundations and HNWIs.
• Lead fundraising campaigns, events and appeals across channels.
• Supervise and mentor a fundraising team.
• Prepare grant proposals, sponsorship packages and donor reports.
• Analyze data, track progress and report to senior management.
• Stay updated on fundraising trends and legislation.
• Represent the organization at conferences and donor events.
