The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in fundraising, strong written communication, and experience with CRM systems. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and a chance to impact social programs nationwide.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of fundraising experience, preferably with digital/remote focus.
• Proven success in developing and executing fundraising campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft persuasive appeals.
• Proficiency with CRM software and online fundraising platforms.
• Strong data analysis to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement remote fundraising strategies, including digital campaigns and virtual events.
• Cultivate and steward relationships with individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners online.
• Write grant proposals, appeal letters, and fundraising materials for online audiences.
• Manage and optimize online fundraising platforms and donor databases.
• Analyze fundraising data to improve performance and donor acquisition.
