Placements24 is seeking a Remote Digital Fundraising Manager to lead our online fundraising efforts from anywhere in South Africa. You will develop digital strategies to boost donations, grow the supporter base, and expand online reach while ensuring alignment with our mission and impact.

The role requires expertise in digital marketing, fundraising platforms, and donor communications, with a track record of delivering measurable ROI in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in digital fundraising or online marketing within non-profit sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social, email).
• Experience with CRM databases (Raiser's Edge, Salesforce).
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; compelling storytelling for donors.
• Ability to manage multiple channels and campaigns remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive digital fundraising strategy to meet annual revenue goals.
• Manage and optimize all online fundraising channels (website, email, social media).
• Create engaging digital content for campaigns and donor communications.
• Oversee paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social ads) to drive traffic and conversions.
• Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Manage donor relationships through digital touchpoints with timely acknowledgments and updates.
• Stay informed on fundraising trends and tools and recommend innovative approaches.
• Collaborate with marketing and program teams for brand consistency and integrated messaging.
• Oversee the online donation platform to ensure a seamless donor experience.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with potential online major donors and corporate partners.
