Placements24 is seeking a Senior Fitness Programme Coordinator for a fully remote, strategic role to design, implement, and oversee cutting-edge fitness programmes aligned with promoting active lifestyles. You will collaborate with global fitness professionals, manage end-to-end programme lifecycles, and drive measurable outcomes in remote delivery.

You bring 5–7 years in fitness programme development, a strong background in exercise physiology, and proficiency with Zoom, Teams, Slack, and PM

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Sports Science, Exercise Physiology, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5–7 years in fitness programme development/management with proven success.

Aufgaben

• Design and develop comprehensive fitness programmes across disciplines.
• Collaborate with fitness professionals, trainers, and experts globally to brainstorm ideas and ensure scientific validity.
• Create detailed programme outlines, workout plans, educational materials, and assessment tools for remote delivery.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle from conception and piloting to full-scale implementation and evaluation.
• Develop and execute strategies for user acquisition, engagement, and retention within the programmes, leveraging digital platforms.
• Monitor programme performance metrics, analyse data, and generate insightful reports to inform strategic decisions.
• Provide leadership to remote programme facilitators and support staff, ensuring quality and brand adherence.
• Stay abreast of trends in fitness, sports science, and digital health to continuously innovate.
