Placements24 is seeking a Remote Fitness and Wellness Program Director to design, develop and oversee a comprehensive suite of online fitness programs. You will lead a remote team of fitness professionals, content creators, and wellness coaches to deliver evidence-based experiences to a global user base from your home office.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in fitness program development, strong remote leadership, and deep knowledge of digital health technologies.

Qualifikationen

• Master's or equal in a related field.
• 10+ years' experience in fitness program development and management.
• Proven remote team leadership experience.
• Strong grasp of digital health technologies and trends.
• Ability to design scalable, evidence-based wellness programs.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with budget management and P&L responsibilities.
• Certification from ACE/NASM/ICF is highly preferred.
• Passion for health, wellness and leveraging tech to improve lives.
