Placements24 is seeking a creative Remote Fitness Program Developer to design engaging routines and wellness programs for a global online audience. You will craft strength, cardio, and flexibility content and guide users through safe, effective workouts from your home office.

As a remote specialist, you will research trends, script videos, write guides, and collaborate with marketing to grow engagement. A recognized certification and 4+ years of experience are required, with full-time remote

Qualifications

• Certification from a recognized fitness organization (ACE/NASM/ACSM) is essential.
• Minimum 4 years of fitness instruction, personal training, or program design.
• Strong understanding of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and kinesiology.
• Excellent content creation skills, including writing, video scripting, and presentation development.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage projects remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and document a wide range of fitness programs, including strength, cardio, flexibility, and specialized classes.
• Create engaging content for digital delivery, such as workout videos, written guides, and interactive challenges.
• Ensure all program content is safe, effective, and aligned with current fitness science and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote fitness programs and attract new users to the platform.
• Continuously research and incorporate new fitness trends and technologies into program development.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to refine and improve existing programs and develop new offerings.
