Placements24 is seeking a Remote Fitness and Wellness Program Director to design, develop and oversee a comprehensive suite of online fitness programs. You will lead a remote team of fitness professionals, content creators, and wellness coaches to deliver evidence-based experiences to a global user base from your home office.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in fitness program development, strong remote leadership, and deep knowledge of digital health technologies.

Qualifications

• Master's or equal in a related field.
• 10+ years' experience in fitness program development and management.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Public Health, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in fitness program development and management, with a significant portion in a digital or online environment.
• Proven experience leading and managing remote teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of digital health technologies, platforms, and trends.
• Demonstrated ability to create and scale innovative wellness programs.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Experience with budget management and P&L responsibility.
• Certification from a recognized fitness or wellness organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ICF) is highly preferred.
• Passion for health, wellness, and leveraging technology to improve lives.
