Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Senior Fitness Coach to deliver top‑tier virtual fitness experiences from home, guiding clients through personalized training programs, nutrition guidance, and lifestyle coaching.

This fully remote role emphasizes developing digital fitness content and coaching individuals and groups through engaging sessions, using fitness tracking tech to monitor progress, and collaborating with a growing team in the Leisure & Sports space.

Qualifications

• Certification from a recognized fitness organization (ACE, NASM, ACSM).
• Minimum of 4 years as a personal trainer or fitness coach with a strong track record.
• Proficiency in using virtual coaching platforms and fitness tracking technology.
• Excellent communication, motivational, and client relationship-building skills.
• Deep understanding of exercise science, anatomy, and physiology.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalized fitness assessments and training plans for clients remotely.
• Conduct virtual one-on-one and group fitness sessions, ensuring client engagement and adherence.
• Provide ongoing nutritional guidance and lifestyle coaching to support client goals.
• Monitor client progress, provide feedback, and adjust training programs as needed.
• Contribute to the development of new online fitness content and strategies.
