This fully remote role requires strong analytics, collaboration with marketing and web development, and a proactive approach to improving online sales and brand presence across digital channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years in e-commerce merchandising or online retail.
• Experience with Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute online merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
• Manage product catalog data including descriptions, images, pricing, and categorization.
• Analyze e-commerce sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Plan and implement product placement, promotional campaigns, and cross-selling/upselling initiatives on the website.
• Conduct competitor analysis to stay abreast of market trends and identify competitive advantages.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align merchandising efforts with overall digital marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with the web development team to implement new features and ensure optimal website performance and user experience.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
• Generate regular reports on merchandising performance, key metrics, and insights for management.
• Stay updated on e-commerce best practices, tools, and emerging technologies.
