Placements24 is seeking a Senior E-commerce Content & SEO Specialist to boost organic growth for a fully remote role in South Africa. You will lead keyword research, develop data-driven SEO strategies, and create engaging content across product pages, blogs, and landing pages.

Expertise in Google Analytics, Search Console and SEO tools, plus CMS familiarity and HTML/CSS basics, are essential. Collaboration with marketing and product teams is expected to optimize UX and conversions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SEO and content marketing experience in an e-commerce setting.
• Proven success in SEO strategies that improved organic traffic and rankings.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, keyword research methodologies, and on-page/off-page SEO techniques.
• Experience with CMS and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.

• Develop data-driven SEO strategy to improve rankings and drive traffic.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor and content gap analysis.
• Create and manage SEO-friendly content for product pages, blogs, and landing pages.

• Develop off-page SEO strategies including link building and digital PR.
• Monitor performance with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to integrate SEO best practices.
• Stay updated with SEO trends and algorithm updates.
• Analyze content performance to refine strategy and improve conversions.
