Placements24 is seeking a Senior SEO Specialist for a fully remote role within a rapidly growing ecommerce business. You will design and execute SEO strategies to boost organic traffic, improve rankings, and optimize site architecture for better conversions.

Work from a home office in a globally distributed team, performing keyword research, technical audits, content strategy, and link-building while reporting insights to stakeholders and driving measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience in SEO with proven traffic growth.
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and current trends.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as GA, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar.
• Strong technical SEO, audits, crawlability, indexing, and mobile optimization.
• Experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategy.
• Solid understanding of link-building strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive organic search strategy to increase traffic and rankings.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for content and optimization.
• Perform technical SEO audits and improve site speed, mobile friendliness, crawlability, and indexing.

• Monitor performance using SEO tools and analyze key metrics with clear insights.
• Stay up-to-date with SEO trends and algorithm changes.
• Collaborate with content creators, developers, and marketing teams.
• Analyze competitor strategies and identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
• Provide regular SEO performance reports and actionable recommendations.
• Develop and execute local SEO strategies as applicable to goals.
• Manage the SEO roadmap and prioritize initiatives by impact and effort.
