Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in a quantitative field such as CS, stats, math or economics.
• 5+ years of experience in data science with a focus on financial models.
• Proficiency in Python or R and libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Expertise in statistical modelling, ML algorithms, and data mining.
• Experience with SQL, big data technologies and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy ML models for financial forecasting and risk assessment.
• Clean and analyze large, complex datasets from diverse sources.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and data teams to deliver insights.
• Design and run A/B tests to measure model impact and features.
• Communicate findings through visualizations and presentations.
• Stay current with advances in data science and financial modelling.
