The role requires 8+ years in construction estimating, deep knowledge of methods and pricing, proficiency in PlanSwift, Sage Estimating and Accubid, and proven remote-work capability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction estimating (senior)
• Strong analytical and mathematical capabilities
• Proven ability to work remotely and manage projects independently

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates.
• Quantify and price materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Develop and maintain supplier/subcontractor pricing for competitive quotes.
• Prepare bid proposals and tender submissions meeting all requirements.
• Analyze historical cost data and market trends to improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure estimates align with scope and objectives
