Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years experience in compliance within financial services.
• Deep knowledge of SA financial regulations, AML/KYC and data privacy laws.
• Proven ability to develop and implement compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee the company's compliance program, policies and procedures.
• Monitor regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Conduct internal audits and investigations to address compliance risks.
• Provide compliance training and guidance to employees across departments.
• Manage relationships with regulatory bodies and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure adherence to AML and KYC regulations.
