Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify potential non-compliance areas.
• Oversee compliance training programs for employees.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure practices stay up-to-date.
• Investigate potential breaches and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and regulators.
