Key Responsibilities

Design and architect scalable, resilient, and secure network solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Develop strategies for network automation, orchestration, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Define and implement network security best practices within cloud environments, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls. Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of cloud networks. Evaluate and recommend new cloud networking technologies and services. Troubleshoot complex network issues in cloud environments and provide expert guidance. Create and maintain comprehensive network architecture documentation, including diagrams and policies. Mentor junior network engineers and contribute to the overall technical growth of the team.

Requirements

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in network architecture and design, with at least 5 years focused on cloud networking. In-depth expertise in major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their respective networking services (VPC, VNet, etc.). Strong understanding of SDN, NFV, and container networking (e.g., Kubernetes). Proficiency in network automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ansible). Excellent knowledge of routing protocols, firewalls, load balancing, and security principles. Proven ability to design and implement complex, large-scale network solutions. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Demonstrated experience working effectively in a fully remote team environment.
