Qualifications

• 5+ years in client success, account management, consulting, or a senior operational role within a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record managing complex, escalated, or high-risk client accounts with recovery and retention outcomes.
• Experience advising founders/C-suite level and influencing decisions under pressure.
• Background in growth strategy, sales systems, or delivery operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the hardest client situations from signal to resolution with structured thinking.
• Diagnose root causes of at-risk engagements and build targeted interventions.
• Lead high-stakes conversations with founders and C-suite to reset expectations and momentum.
• Maintain meticulous case records for accountability and pattern recognition across the portfolio.
• Monitor engagement signals and intervene before escalations; develop recovery plans and identify expansion opportunities.
• Act as a senior advisor in live sessions across offer, GTM, and execution; translate client needs into actionable feedback.
