Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of complex specialty lines insurance claims from notification to closure.
• Conduct in-depth investigations into claim circumstances, liability, and quantum.
• Appoint and manage third-party service providers, including loss adjusters, legal counsel, and forensic accountants.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants, policyholders, and their representatives.
• Interpret complex policy wordings and ensure claims are handled in accordance with policy terms.
• Provide expert advice to brokers, policyholders, and internal teams on claims matters.
• Identify potential subrogation and recovery opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.
• Prepare detailed claims reports and summaries for management and stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements for specialty lines.
