Placements24 is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology for clients across South Africa. This fully remote role focuses on requirements management, process analysis, and delivering solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

You will elicit and model requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, conduct UAT support, and help develop business cases. Strong UML/BPMN skills and remote communication are essential for success in a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on requirements management and process analysis.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong remote communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements using various techniques.
• Analyze and model current and future state business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business units and IT teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
• Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, UAT, and provide support during implementation phases.
• Contribute to the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and project scope definitions.
