You will elicit and model requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, conduct UAT support, and help develop business cases. Strong UML/BPMN skills and remote communication are essential for success in a distributed team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst focused on requirements management and process analysis.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong remote communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements using various techniques.
• Analyze and model current and future state business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business units and IT teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
• Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, UAT, and provide support during implementation phases.
