Qualifikationen

• PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 6 years hands‑on experience in bioinformatics analysis, focusing on human genomics and transcriptomics.
• Proficiency in Python or R and experience with bioinformatics tools and libraries.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning for biological data.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containers (Docker).
