Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans.
• Coordinate and manage multi-disciplinary BIM models (Architectural, Structural, MEP, etc.) for clash detection and resolution.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams using BIM platforms and technologies.
• Conduct regular model audits and quality checks to ensure adherence to standards and project requirements.
• Provide training and technical support to project teams on BIM software and workflows.
• Generate reports on model progress, clash detection results, and other key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with project managers and discipline leads to integrate BIM into project lifecycles.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in BIM technology and industry best practices.
• Assist in the development of BIM content and libraries.
• Champion the adoption and effective utilization of BIM across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in BIM coordination and management, with a significant focus on large-scale projects.
• Expert proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, BIM 360/ACC, and related tools.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and documentation.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing BIM standards and workflows.
• Excellent knowledge of clash detection and resolution methodologies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with experience working in remote, international teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
